Exhibitor's Booth (Timeless)

1. Booth Setup Time:  Exhibitors can set up their booths on the day of the event between 8:00 am and 11:00 am. All booths must be fully set up by 11:30 am.

2. Display Guidelines:  Ensure your booth display aligns with the theme and purpose of the Wedding Expo. Displays must not obstruct neighboring booths or walkways.

3. Dress Code:  Maintain a professional appearance throughout the event.

4. Product/Service Presentation: Engage attendees through informative and appealing presentations.

5. Marketing Materials:  Distribute promotional materials within your designated booth space. Avoid placing materials in common areas without prior approval.

6. Booth Tear-Down:  Tear-down begins after the official closing time 5:00 pm. Exhibitors must vacate the premises within the specified tear-down period.

7. Early Departures:  Early departures during event hours are discouraged.

8. Respectful Conduct:  Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully.

9. Compliance with Laws:  Comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

10. Insurance:  Consider obtaining insurance coverage for your booth and displays.

12. Changes to Rules:  Vista Media Promotions reserve the right to modify or update these rules. Exhibitors will be notified of any changes.
